Energy can not be created or destroyed merely transformed, so every interaction, every emotion, every moment in your life holds a vibration, and these frequencies can get stuck in the field causing imbalance leading to dis-ease and discomfort.Energy medicine is a non-invasive way of accessing these subtler bodies and can assist in removing blocks leading to multidimensional healing.
Manual therapy, postural and mobility assessment, breath work, Craniosacral, and somatic techniques are implemented to ease your body into deep release of chronic tension patterns. Each session is collaborative, unique, and curated for your specific needs that day.
A minimum 90-minute session is recommended for first-time clients, allowing for full assessment and integration.
